Today was a big day! This morning I took our brand new iPad cart to Miss Hayes’ 4th grade class! We took a few minutes to orient ourselves on the iPad, then we kicked off the Social Studies curriculum with a Mystery Skype. We Skyped with Mr. Avery’s 6th grade class, who is in an undisclosed location. Using their prior geography knowledge and Google Maps on the iPads, the students eventually figured out that Mr. Avery’s class lives in Plympton, MA.
